Group Internal Auditor
Altaf Hussain is a certified internal auditor with 20 years of audit experience. His professional journey started with KPMG in 2003, where he spent 10 years in different roles. During his tenure at KPMG, he was involved in an array of professional assignments, including but not limited to the planning, execution, and reporting of statutory external audits of diversified clients.
Altaf Hussain’s next career move landed him in an international not-for-profit organization where he was engaged in different management roles. He was assisting the senior management and board of directors in the administration and management of multimillion-dollar projects.
Before joining GP as Group Internal Auditor, he worked as an Internal Audit Specialist in a Public Sector project that had been administered by the World Bank.
In his position as Group Internal Auditor, Altaf Hussain is responsible for overseeing the function of internal audit in GP group of companies. His diversified experience has equipped him with sound knowledge of financial management and reporting, internal and external auditing and organizational management skills.
