Tajuddin Khan is a seasoned executive with a rich background in steering companies towards operational and strategic triumphs. As the Executive Director of Uganda Lubricants Factory Ltd, he has been pivotal in formulating and executing growth strategies, maintaining robust stakeholder relations, and guiding the company to new heights of success. His role extends to being a Board Member at General Petroleum, UAE, where he oversees business operations, sets policies, and evaluates executive performance.
From 2007 to 2012, he was leading General Petroleum Limited in Tanzania, where he opened a factory, and from 2012 to 2021, he was Director of Operations and Sales at General Petroleum FZE in the UAE. From 2021 to 2023, he was Director of West African Business Development, and from 2023 onwards he is the Director of East Africa and West Africa Business Development.
His prior experience as Head of Sales and Marketing at General Petroleum in Sharjah, UAE, saw him establish sales territories, manage budgets, and evaluate sales performance, contributing to the company’s robust financial health. In East Africa, as the Regional Director of Business Development, he led initiatives to expand the company’s market presence and spearheaded strategic marketing and operational planning.
Mr. Khan commenced his professional journey in 2005, undertaking pivotal roles at Pirbaba Ltd, Pakistan, which refined his competencies in financial record-keeping, customer service, and logistics management. His unwavering commitment and fervor for excellence propelled him to a meritorious elevation at Habib Trading Co LLC, Dubai. In this esteemed capacity, he adeptly managed client portfolios and played an instrumental role in enhancing the sales operations.
As a representative of the company, he has represented General Petroleum at various exhibitions, events, conferences, seminars, and business meetings worldwide, where his extensive knowledge and business acumen have significantly enhanced the company’s reputation and growth prospects.
